George III Silver Caddy Spoon 1808

A Superb Quality GEORGIAN SOLID SILVER TEA CADDY SPOON crafted by Josiah Snatt in 1808.

Despite being over 210 years old this superb Silver Caddy Spoon is in excellent condition with no splits or repairs and the decoration is as lovely now as the day it was crafted.

The caddy spoon has a fiddle pattern design with a shell-shaped rounded bowl.

This wonderful piece would have once belonged to a wealthy Georgian Family and used daily in a time when tea drinking was an Art and very expensive.

This will add something very special to any collection.
