Description

A vintage Singer sewing machine treadle table. The table is made from an old cast iron Singer sewing machine treadle base and a white marble top. A well-proportioned example that would be ideal for use as a side table, telephone table or even as a desk. The marble top sits on top and can be removed for ease of transport.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good vintage condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including some age-related marks to the cast iron treadle base. The cast iron base has been repainted in a black paint. The treadle still moves freely. The marble is a modern addition and remains in good condition. A neat Singer treadle table.
