Antique 19th Century Mahogany Bureau

An antique 19th century mahogany bureau. The antique mahogany bureau has a fall front that opens to reveal a fitted interior consisting of various drawers and pigeonhole compartments. The fall front is supported on to pull out arms. The mahogany bureau has four fitted drawers each with decorative brass loop handles and escutcheons. Raised on bracket feet.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and staining to the front and top (pictured). The antique mahogany bureau remains structurally solid and sound. There are ink stains to the interior and some historic repairs to the cockbeading around the drawers. Overall, a neat 19th century antique mahogany bureau. No key present.
