Description
A very large, stunning and extremely unusual pair of original Art Deco Neoclassical wall sconce lamps. These were made in England & I would date them from around the 1920-1930’s period. They have a fabulous design, and are extremely impressive. They would look amazing either side of a doorway to the entrance of a building or hallway, as well as various other places around the home. We have never come across a design quite like this! The frames are beautifully made from a combination of steel and copper, they have a gorgeous patina. The shades are tear drop shaped and are made of iridescent glass. These are wired but need to be checked and tested on installation to meet your buildings requirements. They are completely intact and free from damage, with only some extremely minor surface wear. Width – 9 inches, 23 cm Depth – 14 inches , 36 cm Height – 35 inches , 89 cm For more information or more detailed images, please, visit our website: http://www.maryleboneantiques.co.uk/.
