Description

A fabulous solid 18-carat yellow gold band decorated with scrolling ivy leaves and shining hearts. In the Victorian language of flowers ivy represented enduring love, whether that of a deep friendship or a marriage, and of course hearts are a traditional symbol of love and affection - so this is a very romantic piece!

The inside of the ring is hallmarked for 18-carat gold, Birmingham c.1878.

Condition is excellent, just light overall surface wear.

Size: 6.75 (US), N and a quarter (UK) - sizes are approximate as the band is quite wide (8mm) but this is where the bottom of the ring sits on the sizer.
