Poirot Art Deco has dated this piece to the 1930s.
To the top of the clock a spelter seal and another sat on the left side of the base. A square silvered dial, with good black Art Deco style numerals. A good eight day movement, that strikes both the hour and half hour. The movement has just been cleaned and serviced by a professional horologist and the marble restored by a qualified conservator.
