Description

Superb quality Edwardian mahogany combination wardrobe an press c.1910. Long bevelled dressing mirrors to the doors, opening to reveal full length hanging inside. Either side of a two door cupboard fitted with sliding shelves plus four drawers below. Crisp ogee moulded cornice with a dental frieze. Satinwood crossbanding with ebony and boxwood stringing across the front, highly figured flame mahogany veneered door and drawer fronts, all laid onto solid mahogany groundwork. Original gilded brass handles. Solid mahogany sides and drawer linings. Two of the slides in centre sections are later replacements. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Splits into three pieces plus cornice and plinth for delivery.
