George II Walnut Cabriole Leg Dining Table. Hoof Feet Circa 1740

Description

Unusual George II solid walnut drop flap oval dining table raised on bold cabriole legs terminating in hoof feet (Rare). Origional oak lined drawer to frieze at one end. All in un-touched original condition, if a little well used. Wonderful rich colour with great waxed patina. It is a very long time since I HAVE SEEN DINING TABLE WITH THOSE LEGS.

Size;; 28" high, 44" X 37" open, 37" x 15" closed.
