Victorian Button Back Library Armchair

19th century
Description

A Victorian button back armchair of generous proportions, with deep buttoned square back, scroll over arms and a sprung seat, raised on ring turned supports with original brass and porcelain castors.

The chair is currently upholstered in a peach coloured velvet type fabric. It is grubby but could be useable if steam cleaned. It is otherwise in good order. The seat is good with no lumps or bumps.

I can arrange re-covering with my upholsterer and supply fabric - please contact me for details.
