Description

This regal 18-carat Victorian solitaire diamond ring has the unmistakeable rich colour of high carat gold. Set to the centre with an elongated cushion shape old cut diamond in an open-back claw setting with scrollwork detailing and shoulder ribbing flowing into a smooth shank.

The hand cut diamond (3-4mm) at a rough calculation weighs in at around 0.2 carats and is a faint yellow colour with good sparkle on the hand.

Marked 18.

In very good antique condition.

Size L (UK), 6 (US). The quatrefoil-shaped face of the ring measures 1cm across and the top of the ring sits approx 6mm above the finger.
