Large Antique English Sterling Silver Napkin Ring - Cherubs - 1898

Description

A large and absolutely charming sterling silver napkin ring featuring two cherubs or putti figures, one either side of the cartouche, which could be engraved by your silversmith should you wish to personalize it for a gift.

There is a good clear hallmark amongst the riot of decoration, in fact you can see it next to one of the cherub figures, for Birmingham 1898. The makers initials can also be seen W.H.L. for William Henry Leather.

A good gauge of silver and a good size measuring 1 1/2" think with a diameter measuring 1 7/8". Excellent condition.
