Six Oak Gothic Revival Dining Chairs C.1860

Description

Quality set of six late 19th.c. oak Gothic Revival dining chairs c.1860. Shaped and moulded crest rails forming a pointed arch with a carved hound’s tooth detail to the lower edge. Over chamferred rear stiles joined with a curved back stretcher, also moulded to match. Webbed seats raised on turned and tapering front legs with a repeat of hounds tooth carving. Excellent colour and condition with clean covers.
