Pair of Antique Carved Walnut Wing Back Armchairs

1900 - 1920
Description

A magnificent pair of antique wing back armchairs in the Queen Anne style. These were made in England, they date from around the 1920-1930’s period.

The quality is outstanding and these are extremely comfortable to relax in. They are very large with generous proportions, with beautifully scrolled arms and backs. The solid walnut bases are beautifully designed, with deep, crisp carving.

We have recently had these re-upholstered in a thick, top quality light grey cotton fabric & they are in superb condition throughout.

Depth – 36 inches , 92 cm

Height – 44 inches , 122 cm

Seat height – 18 inches , 46 cm
