Antique Kashan Rug. Beautiful Soft Abrashed Colours. Kurk Wool.

Description

A very nice beautiful soft coloured palette kashan rug with coral pinks,light blue,light yellow and hints of very light green running throughout its design. You can see the abrashed bands running across it.

A very distinctive kashan made with kurk (kork) velvety wool onto fine cotton foundations with the wefts dyed light blue.

Has been hand washed last two images,over 30 images of this rug.

All over even pile. Has had a couple of very small invisible repairs from the front and reverse all imaged.

Size is 6 foot 9 inches by 4 foot 6 inches. 207cm X 138cm. At widest points. Fringes and selvedges not measured in size.

U.k post £20.

A fine and wonderful looking looking kashan for little money not £2750, only £ item now sold gbp. Bank transfers,viewings,discussions,etc all welcomed.
