Antique Silver Trinket Box with Tortoiseshell Lid 1923

This lovely SILVER TRINKET BOX was made by Adie Brothers in 1923.

Standing on four splayed feet, this wonderful Trinket or Jewellery Box is lozenge-shaped and has a tortoiseshell lid. Inside it retains the original compartmentalised lining and is free from any added initials, inscriptions or monograms.

The faux tortoiseshell lid is undamaged and scratch free which is unusual in an item of this age, and overall the condition is excellent (see below).

This wonderful Trinket Box would make a fabulous gift and would stunning in any setting.
