Pair of Victorian Silver Candlesticks 1890

A fine pair of VICTORIAN CORINTHIAN COLUMN SILVER CANDLESTICKS made in London in 1890 by a top firm of the day, William Hutton & Sons.

These superb Antique Sterling Silver Candlesticks have acanthus leaf covered classic Corinthian style capitals standing on a stepped base above an elegant, beaded border. The Candlesticks are loaded for extra stability.

Despite being over 130 years old, these lovely Silver Candlesticks are in very good condition (see condition report below) and would look stunning in any setting.

Height – 6.0” (150mm) / Base – 3.0” x 3.0” (75mmx75mm)

Weight – 500gm / 16.0ozt each

Condition:

All of the items we have for sale are antiques i.e. they are more than 100 years old (unless otherwise stated) and have therefore been used and preloved. As such they will have age and usage related marks. Where an item has minor faults or imperfections these are noted below:

Note: Minor damage to one or two of the corners of the bases. Also, some minor dinks / pitting to the silver on the stepped bases.
