Antique Country Oak Chest of Drawers

A 19th century antique country made oak chest of drawers. The straight front oak chest of drawers has an arrangement of two short over three long graduating drawers, each with brass swan neck handles. The chest has decorative crossbanding to the top and drawer fronts. Raised on bracket feet.

Height – 104cm / Width – 95cm / Depth – 49cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In well-worn antique condition throughout with various signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and staining to the top and drawer fronts (pictured). There are losses to the beading around the drawers. Evidence of old historic wood worm in places (mostly to the back) – this is long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. There have been repairs made to the bracket feet. The oak chest of drawers remains structurally solid and sound with the drawers running well. Overall, the chest is well-worn but has an undeniable country charm.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
