Antique Georgian Mahogany Bureau

An attractive and well-presented antique Georgian mahogany bureau. The mahogany bureau has a fall front that opens to reveal a fitted interior consisting of various small drawers, pigeon-holes and a central cupboard. The writing surface is lined with a green baize. The bureau has an arrangement of four long graduating drawers, each with brass swanneck handles. Raised on bracket feet.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks to the top and fall front (pictured). The mahogany bureau remains structurally solid and sturdy. There is wear to the green baize, but no major rips, tears, or stains. No key present. Overall, a rather attractive Georgian mahogany bureau.
