Description

A top quality Vesta taper combination.

This is extremely well made.

Condition is pristine, looks as though it has never been used.

Engine turned decoration all over, very crisp.

Inside is gilded which is in super condition.

The top opens to store the vestas and this is engraved with the name of the retailer Trussell 16 East Street Brighton.

The lower section opens to reveal a striker and two compartments for a tinder cord. On the side is a wheel to allow the cord to be moved.

Engraved on the inside is “registered 21st March 1868”
