Fine Quality Brass Doorstop

1900 - 1920
Description

Circa 1910-1930 a very well made brass doorstop weighing 3.2kgs.

It measures 42.5cm in height and the base is 17.5cm at the widest part. The iron weight in the base is original, and the item as a whole has been polished but not lacquered.

There is a small ding on the top of the first step of the tiered base, possibly indicating something fell on it, otherwise it is in very good condition.
