Lincoln Restorations has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
An amazing condition original chest of drawers.
We are delighted to bring to you the finest example of a rare small Georgian (circa 1820) 4 deep descending drawer chest of drawers in Mahogany which is completely original and ideal for any period property.
This chest features cock beaded edges which frames the stunning mahogany bowed drawer fronts. The drawers also feature the finest quality original solid brass plate dropper handles which are polished and have patina. The finely dovetailed solid oak sided and bottom drawers are in near perfect condition, the drawers are smoothly operating and are very clean inside. The chest of drawers stands on its beautifully turned typical Georgian legs and there are no loose joints or wobbles. This chest of drawers has just been carefully cleaned and waxed by us, maintaining its original patina whilst giving a lovely natural sheen.

Please note; This item is in fantastic condition for its age as shown by the photographs below. Being an antique item there are obviously marks, scratches, dents and some old repairs here and there as expected with anything of this age. However, we feel that these points are which adds to its charm and character to a piece.
