Description

A large Art Deco silver plated cocktail shaker by the top notch silversmith, James Dixon and Sons.

The top section, once removed, reveals the integral ice breaker / crusher in the lid; always highly sought-after.

The underside is fully marked for James Dixon / Made In England and struck with "1 1/2 Pints"; a larger, harder to find size.

Excellent condition (the inside looks never to have been used) dating to c.1930/1940 measuring 4 3/8" in diameter x 8 1/2" in height.
