Description
A fine and rare SILVER combination vesta/ cheroot cutter. With fabulous gold overlay decoration depicting a hunting scene and scroll work and overall chasework. Dating to the mid 19th century and though unmarked we believe it to be possibly AUSTRO-HUNGARIAN this handsome and rare piece is in fabulous original condition with no damage whatsoever except a small chip to the cheroot cutting aperture(see photos) ,the cutting edge is still in place in the lid. A superb quality and exceptionally rare piece.
