The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a good clean 17-jewel adjusted stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed Zenith Prima and the serial number 2,349,413 dates it back to 1919. The movement is protected by an inner hinged dust cover.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold filled Moon model from the Birmingham based watch maker Aaron Dennison.
The case is in lovely condition with just light surface marks, nothing too serious at all.

The watch glass has light marking but is very acceptable.
The dial has been left blank for the original retailer to add their details. It is in beautiful condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
