Description

A charming and very useful desk accessory, this letter rack dates to around 1880, a true antique example.

The two panels to the back and front are made from pierced or reticulated brass each engraved with "Letters". These panels together with the handle are fixed to a solid Oak plinth.

Superb condition with all of the brass having been professionally polished to gleam. The base measures 6 1/2" x 4" x 4 1/2" tall to top of handle.
