Corvidae Antique has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
Natural baroque pearls, silver and uncut stones were considered preferable to precious gemstones and peacock colours and motifs were especially popular.

This regal American Arts and Crafts ring features a slightly matte finish vivid royal blue lapis lazuli cabochon speckled with tiny golden flecks and mounted in 10-carat gold with ornate open scrollwork shoulders.

The inside of the shank bears the stamp of three interlocked rings which is the symbol of MB Bryant & Co, a leading New York City-based jeweller in the late 1800s.
The ring is in excellent antique condition, with surface wear commensurate with its age.

Marked 10K.
Size: 6 (US), L and a half (UK). The stone measures approx 12 x 10mm and the top of the ring sits around 7mm above the finger.
Weight: 2.6g.
The antique box pictured is for display only, the ring will be supplied in a new box.
