Description

This beautiful cased pair of silver preserve spoons is dated Sheffield 1922 and bears the marks of the renowned Mappin & Webb. The shaped bowls exquisitely engraved, the elaborate pierced handles with a vacant reserve.

Presented in the original velvet and satin lined Morocco leather case.

Hallmarks:

M&W for Mappin & Webb.

Sheffield Assay mark.

Lion Passant.

Date letters "e" for 1922.

Dimensions:

Length: 16cm / 6.2 inches.

Bowl: 5cm x 3.5cm
