Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Armchair

1900 - 1920
Description

A beautiful and elegant original Edwardian armchair, made from solid mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around 1900-1910 period.

It is of excellent quality and is very well made. The solid mahogany frame has lots of stunning satin wood inlay on the back rest, arms and legs. It’s also structurally very sound with many cross stretchers joining the legs together, giving it extra stability.

The condition is excellent for its age, the frame has had a fresh wax polish and the seat has been re-upholstered in our cream cotton fabric.

This chair would make an excellent desk chair or have many other uses in the home.

Width – 21 inches , 53 cm

Depth – 20 inches , 51 cm

Height – 35 inches , 90 cm

Seat height – 17 inches , 43 cm
