Flush military brass carrying handles to the side and a pin lockable side drawer. Re baized writing surface one lockable with a key, the other has a brass catch.The interior houses a storable book rest which attaches to the exterior slope when reading. Two silver plated inks (one for blotting sand) and a pen tray with a turned pull.
