Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
It has a solid platinum case surrounded by a row of diamonds and then more diamonds to the beautifully designed shoulders and to the solid 9ct white gold integral bracelet, it is very fluid and simply glides around the wrist.

It is quite stunning with a white dial. The watch and bracelet professionally cleaned and polished so it is absolutely pristine.
The 17 jewel movement is an absolute gem, sparkling clean and in like new condition, this is a movement from the golden age of Swiss watchmaking.

It is fully hallmarked as platinum on the case and the bracelet is hallmarked 9ct gold.
As you would expect from Movado the watch is fully marked on the dial and movement.
It comes complete with a new presentation box to keep your watch in perfect condition.

Movado are one of the most exclusive makers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance which resonates class.
The watch head measures 15mm square not including the crown.
It fits a wrist size of 6" or 154mm but this can easily be reduced by any competent jeweller should this be required.

The watch has just been fully overhauled, restored and serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine Movado in all respects.
This watch has been fully and professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.

The watch is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers original parts. every part is then thoroughly cleaned in a 3 stage ultrasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturer approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The watch movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and the watch sealed.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give reliable and dependable service and will not require any further attention for many years.
