Description

A large and very impressive antique mahogany pedestal desk. This was made in England & I would date it from around the 1920’s period.

It is of super quality, with canted corners, a generous kneehole space & a very large working area. The pedestals sit on plinth bases, there are original brass handles and a beautiful gold tooled leather writing surface. All the drawers are graduated in depth & they all have locks. The back is nicely polished so this can be free standing in the centre of a room. It breaks down easily into three pieces for ease of transport.

We have just had this re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age, with a great colour and patina.
