Description

An unusual 17th Century style Carolean wing back settee, covered in needlework design fabric depicting figures in a rural landscape. With triple hump back and scroll arms. Raised on four foliate carved legs with scrolled terminals, united by further carved scroll stretchers to the front and turned stretchers to the rear and back legs with swept block feet. Circa 1860.
