Description

19th Century French oak desk in the Gothic style, the moulded edge top having a green leather writing surface decorated with blind and gold tooling, three oak lined frieze drawers below with finely carved drawer fronts, carved corner brackets, the back of the desk having faux drawers and in the same style as the front, supported on eight square legs with each leg having decorative carved columns. This desk is in excellent condition and having a lovely warm oak colour. Circa 1880.
