CONDITION REPORT:

In good, well-worn antique condition throughout with some signs of age and wear. The antique oak bookcase has surface wear in places including age related marks to the top and to the shelves. There are some chips and losses to the veneer, mostly to the base (pictured). Structurally solid and sound, and an overall charming antique oak bookcase.
