A wonderful heavily cast basket, perfect for chocolates, pot-pourri, guest soaps or just to admire. The stunning feet rim and handle have the most exquisite cast grape & vine decoration, quite exceptional quality.

Around the body of the stand is beautifully pierced or reticulated showing off the original cranberry glass liner inside.

Dating to around 1860, this handsome Victorian dish remains in excellent condition; measuring 5 3/4" in diameter and standing 6" to top of swing handle.
