Antique Leather Top Oak Writing Table

1900 - 1920
Description

A smart and useful antique leather top writing table in solid oak. This was made in England & I would date it from around the 1920’s period.

It is well made and is a useful size to be used as a desk or even a console table. It has a great quality gold tooled leather top, original brass handles, with nicely turned and stretchered legs.

This is nicely finished on the back as well, so can be used as a free standing item.

The condition is very good for its age, we have just given it a clean and fresh wax polish.

Width – 35 inches , 89 cm

Depth – 17 inches , 43 cm

Height – 30 inches , 75 cm

Knee height – 24 inches , 60 cm
