Stylish Silver Pill Box By Asprey & Co London 1958

The very stylish and iconic 1950''s design, is evident in this solid silver pill box. Circular in shape it features a lovely engine turned pattern to the top lid and the sides and a voguish neat folding handle which adds to the wonderful appearance. When opened a gorgeous deep lemon gilt finish is revealed, along with the hallmarks for the London Assay Office with date mark for 1958 and Lion Passant indicating sterling silver. The maker''s mark is also visible for the renowned silversmiths: Asprey & Co Ltd. It is stamped ''Made in England'' ''Asprey''. The pull off lid fits nice and snug.
A handsome pill Box and in lovely condition. As well as so stylish, this pill box serves a very practical purpose, and could be easily carried in the pocket!
