A Fine Silver Plated Egg Cruet by Broadhead & Atkin C1850

Description

This superb and ornate silver plated egg cruet holds 6 egg cups. The piece is marked for maker Broadhead and Atkin, dating the piece to 1840-1850. The spoons are later replacements and marked for EPNS.

The stand is in a wonderful floral design with gorgeous pierced detailing to the egg cups and is of very heavy quality.

The condition is very good with only a few small marks to the plate and no damage. One egg cup strut is slightly bent, but all still stand well.

Total weight approx 1.1kg
