Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
It has a top tier with a decorative pelmet and spaces for bowls (missing) covered by a glass shelf. The middle tier has one working drawer and it has a lower shelf. It stands on elegant square legs and turned supports and is decorated with stringing inlay.

Condition Report:
Solid and sturdy. Nice patina to the wood. Marks, scuffs and wear commensurate with age. The handles are not original. Some trim missing to the lower section of the bottom shelf. Small (solid) split at the back of the gallery.
