Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
Would make an attractive writing table, hall table, side table or desk for a laptop. The original leather writing surface has lots of age and wear so would benefit replacement. Main drawer locks and comes with a key Dating from circa 1910. A really good quality piece.
