Original woolwork panels depicting Robinson Crusoe in his goat skin outfit below a shelter made of sails, with parrot and ship’s cat, Man Friday crouched at his feet. The other panel shows a man sat with his dogs below a tree, a brace of rabbits and musket by his side, Crusoe after his rescue perhaps? Rosewood veneered sides and a broad moulded plinth. Excellent colour and condition, restored cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied. The tapestries could be replaced (or covered) with mirrors if preferred.
