A really unusual antique "suitcase" style writing box covered in a magnificent Crocodile / Alligator skin with a rich cognac colour and a good patina, in excellent condition.

The case comes with a working key and the soft leather interior looks unused, fabulous clean condition; both the "Memoranda" and "Addresses" books haven't been used and without entries. The base of the case has a removable leather blotter.

Exception quality and condition measuring 14" x 9" x 4 1/2". c.1920's.
