Description

A really wonderful find especially as a pair. These Edwardian book carriers are as useful today as they were 100 or so years ago when they were made, around 1900 / 1910. Each have a pair of heavy cast brass handles which have been professionally repolished to gleam.

The edges all around have been decorated with Satinwood cross-banding and a fine ebony stringing.

Excellent condition each measuring 11 1/4" wide x 7" deep x 4" tall at rear.
