Description

Antique Victorian Mahogany Duchess Dressing Table and dating from around 1880. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a shaped mirror set within a moulded frame on carved and scrolled supports with turned finials to the top. To each side there are two jewellery drawers and to the centre an oval shaped and moulded jewellery box. The serpentine shaped base with moulded edge above a deep frieze and with a single drawer to the centre . All of the drawers are oak lined with original turned knob handles. It is raised on turned legs joined by a platform base on small bun feet.
