The centre having 4 bow fronted and graduated cockbeaded drawers with top quality brass swan neck handles. Flanked by 2 concave cupboards with very good decoratively carved oval panels with drawers above. One cupboard opens to a shelf and cellarette drawer the other opens to 3 shelves. The canted corners having wonderful carved corbels leading to a shallow cross banded and cock beaded frieze the centre with a shell and floral carving. The cabinet stands on wonderful claw and ball legs with carved acanthus decoration to the knees. In good original condition with makers label for "handmade furniture by V.J. Barulis & Sons, furniture craftsmen since 1905, Shoreditch, London N!". Dimensions:- Height...42''/ 106.5cm. Width...62''/ 158cm. Depth...23.5''/ 59.5cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £75.
