Large Heavy Antique Bronze Figure Of A Bull With Bovine Horns Exquisite Detail.
This fantastic example of a cast bromze figure depicts a bull standing in a naturalistic position cast in exquisite detail. It has a fantastic attention to detail throughout with everything from the ripples of skin around the neck to each hair being cast making the piece look almost real. The piece then has two fantastic bovine horns set into it giving it an even more naturalistic look. It is very heavy and believed to be an early French example of bronze work.
A truly fantastic piece that would look amazing in any home or as part of a larger collection.
