Antique Straight Front Pine Chest of Drawers

A neat and well-proportioned Victorian antique pine chest of drawers, with particularly nice colour and patina throughout. The antique pine chest of drawers has an arrangement of two short over two long drawers with wooden knobs. The chest is raised on turned feet and is solid and sturdy throughout. CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age and wear. There is surface wear in places and age-related marks, including some mild staining (pictured). There are splits visible to the sides (pictured), however this do not compromise the integrity or structure of the piece. The antique pine chest has been finished with a natural coat of wax to maintain its original colour and patina and is neat and clean throughout. Overall, the chest is structurally solid and all drawers run well, and is a particularly good example of an antique pine chest of drawers.
