Description

Stunning Heavy Gilt Bronze Desk Clock By Asprey Of London.

This stunning desk clock has a beautiful, heavy bronze case with a fantastic gilt finish. The case has a nice shaped base to the bottom with an arched body set at an angle so that the dial can be seen with ease when placed on a desk. The front then has a fabulous ‘scooped’ out design to the front which sets it off nicely.

The dial is then enamel and marked out in black Roman numerals with smaller Arabic numerals marking out the minutes. The dial is of exceptional quality and is signed by the famous maker “ASPREY LONDON” showing the piece is of the upmost quality. The dial is then finished by two gilt, intricately designed hands which finish it perfectly.

The movement is then wound, and adjusted from the back. It comes complete with its winding key and ticks away perfectly via a balance wheel. The movement then has a lovely back door to cover and protect the movement.

Truly lovely clock of the upmost quality. Would make a fantastic addition to any home or collection.

It measures approximately:

- 5.25” / 13.25cm Tall.

- 3.75” / 9.5cm Wide.

- 2.5” / 6.25cm Deep.
