Georgian Oak Welsh Coffer Bach Circa 1740

Description

Superb small Georgian Welsh oak coffer bach with twin raised paneled front,similar paneled ends and paneled back. Plain lid with moulded edge. All in fine original condition with a couple of minor historic repairs. Replacement hinges. Wonderful deep golden-brown colour with superb waxed patina. Lovely and dry within. A little gem.

Size; 18" high, 23" wide, 16.5" deep.
