Description

1920s Minerva pocket watch and chain.

The watch has a good quality stem-winding movement (with 15 jewels and four adjustments) which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Minerva logo, and it is all protected by an inner dust cover which has some scratching where a tool has slipped in the past.

The watch measures 51mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel and overall the condition is good, just three little knocks to the hinged case back.

The acrylic lens is in good condition.

The dial is in lovely condition with slender blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

The watch comes with a single chain, 27cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.

The watch and chain will come in a new presentation box.
